About the Role

We’re looking for a freelance Director of Photography to collaborate with our team on content productions that balance creative quality with performance impact.
From scroll-stopping UGC to branded content for TikTok, Meta, and other digital platforms — you’ll own the visual execution while aligning with creative strategy and native storytelling.

This is a hands-on, agile role for someone who’s confident leading small shoots, collaborating with creators, and elevating visuals in ways that also drive results.

What You’ll Do

📹 Lead the visual side of content shoots — from planning through execution and post-production handoff

🎥 Shoot native content, often UGC-style or creator-led, using setups optimized for speed and quality

💡 Handle lighting, framing, and camera setups that fit lo-fi formats while standing out visually

🤝 Collaborate with producers, creators, and editors to bring a consistent, high-quality aesthetic

📈 Work closely with strategists and marketers to align visuals with creative goals and performance metrics

⚡ Stay tapped into platform trends, visual culture, and what’s working right now on TikTok, Meta, and beyond

What We’re Looking For

🎬 +2 years experience as a DoP, videographer, or content shooter (bonus if you’ve shot for TikTok/Meta ads)

📱 Deep understanding of native, high-performing social content — and how to shoot it

⚙️ Experience with agile production setups, lean crews, and fast turnaround environments

🎨 Sharp eye for lighting, composition, and natural, dynamic visuals

📊 Data-aware and results-minded — comfortable aligning with performance insights

🗣 Collaborative communicator, fluent in English (written & spoken)

📍 Based in Stockholm or nearby — with the ability to shoot on-location as needed
