About the Role
As a Junior Client Success Manager, your job is to help ensure smooth communication, aligned expectations, and happy clients. You’ll support day-to-day client operations, project timelines, and feedback loops — while learning how to manage performance-focused accounts in a high-growth agency setting.
In addition to coordination, you’ll also assist in high-level strategic ideation — helping clients improve their websites, content, and broader marketing approach.
What You’ll Do
đź“… Support client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
📦 Help manage campaign timelines, asset delivery, and internal coordination
đź’¬ Be a first point of contact for quick questions and simple client requests
🧠Track and flag feedback, ensure we’re aligned on goals and next steps
📊 Assist in preparing basic reports and presentations
🧠Contribute to strategic client work — such as advising on website optimization, content effectiveness, or overall marketing direction
What We’re Looking For
0–1.5 years experience in account management, client coordination, or project support (agency or marketing setting preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Eager to learn about performance marketing and content strategy
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in Swedish and English
