About the Role

As a Growth Manager, you’ll work hands-on with paid social campaigns for some of SoScale’s DTC clients. You’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing performance strategy across Meta and TikTok, collaborating closely with creatives, and turning data into actionable insights.

This role is ideal for someone who already has solid paid social experience and wants to level up in strategy, ownership, and impact within a fast-growing agency environment.

What You’ll Do

🚀 Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
📦 Support creative testing plans and collaborate on performance-driven content
🧠 Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear optimizations
📊 Contribute to improving internal processes and ways of working
💬 Participate in client communication around performance and results
📈 Support SoScale’s growth by applying and evolving proven performance frameworks

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years experience in paid social advertising (agency, e-commerce, or DTC brand)
• Strong working knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads Manager
• Experience managing €15,000–€50,000 in monthly ad spend
• Performance-driven mindset with curiosity for testing and experimentation
• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow into more responsibility
