About the Role

As a Creative Strategy Intern, you’ll learn how to turn ideas, data, and trends into performance-focused content strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with creative strategists, performance marketers, and creators to develop content that engages audiences and converts.

This role is for someone who’s curious, analytical, and creative — with a genuine interest in how ads perform and why they work.

What You’ll Do
● Research trends, brands, and audience behavior across TikTok, Meta, and other platforms
● Support in developing creative strategies for ads, UGC, and campaigns
● Help analyze performance data to find creative insights
● Assist in preparing briefs, creative decks, and brainstorming sessions
● Collaborate with creators, editors, and marketers to bring concepts to life
● Stay sharp on trends, creators, and what’s performing right now

What We’re Looking For
● 0–1 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or content creation (internships or freelance count!)
● Curious about the “why” behind what makes ads perform
● Analytical mindset — you love connecting creative ideas to data
● Strong communicator and team player
● Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn
● Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
