💼 What You’ll Do

Growth Leadership & Strategy

- Lead the Growth & Performance team, driving media strategy, creative testing, and optimization across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.

- Build data-driven growth frameworks that guide forecasting, spend allocation, and creative iteration.

- Own growth plans for key clients — ensuring every action ties back to profit and measurable results.

- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients, connecting creative strategy to commercial outcomes.

Financial & Commercial Ownership

- Create and maintain financial dashboards that track client health, revenue, and margins.

- Monitor account profitability, margins, and growth trajectory per key account.

- Ensure each account operates with clear KPIs, budgets, and financial accountability.

- Build growth models and business cases to guide clients investment decisions.

- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and upsell opportunities across the portfolio.

- Identify opportunities to expand revenue across existing clients while protecting profitability.

Client Strategy & Success

- Act as strategic performance lead for our most important accounts — guiding both internal teams and client stakeholders.

- Translate data and creative insights into clear narratives that drive action.

- Collaborate with Creative and Content leads to ensure every campaign ties back to measurable business results.

- Anticipate risks, build mitigation plans, and proactively drive solutions.

Team Development & Systems

- Coach and mentor the Growth team — building both technical and commercial capability.

- Implement smarter processes, automation, and AI tools to scale performance work.

- Lead cross-functional alignment between Performance, Creative Strategy, and Client Success.

🧠 What You Bring

- 5–10+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital strategy, within a high-growth agency or DTC environment. 

- Proven success managing large ad spends and driving profitable growth for multi-market eCommerce brands.

- Deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and P&L management.

- Analytical thinker with strong data visualization and storytelling skills — able to turn complex data into actionable insights.

- Expertise across Meta, TikTok, Google, and attribution systems.

- Experience leading and scaling a high-performing team.

- Strong communicator — comfortable working with senior stakeholders and presenting to C-level clients.

- Fluent in English & Swedish.
