About the Role
We're now looking for a Production Coordinator. A resourceful, people-savvy operator who keeps our content production engine fueled with the right talent, locations, and creators.
You'll be the go-to person for sourcing and booking everything we need to create scroll-stopping ads: models, actors, on-camera talent, stunning locations, and high-performing UGC creators for all our UGC ads. You'll coordinate shoots, manage talent relationships, and ensure every production day runs smoothly from brief to wrap.
This role sits at the intersection of logistics, creative execution, and relationship management. You'll work closely with our Creative Strategists, Media Buyers, and leadership to deliver the raw materials that become our clients' highest-performing ads.

What You'll Do
Talent Sourcing & Booking
- Source, vet, and book models, actors, and on-camera talent for brand shoots and UGC-style productions.
- Build and maintain a growing roster of reliable, high-quality talent across demographics and niches.
- Negotiate rates, manage contracts, and coordinate schedules with talent and agents.
- Ensure talent aligns with brand guidelines, creative briefs, and performance objectives.
UGC Creator Network
- Scout, onboard, and manage relationships with UGC creators who can deliver authentic, high-converting content.
- Match creators to client briefs based on style, niche, audience fit, and past performance.
- Coordinate creator deliverables, timelines, contracts, and payments.
- Build and maintain a database of vetted creators organized by vertical, style, and performance data.
Location Scouting & Management
- Research, scout, and secure locations for shoots — from cozy interiors to dynamic outdoor settings.
- Handle permits, logistics, and coordination with location owners or managers.
- Ensure locations match creative vision and production needs (lighting, accessibility, vibe).
Production Coordination
- Manage all pre-production logistics: talent call times, location access, shot lists, and crew coordination.
- Be on-set (or on-call) during production days to troubleshoot, coordinate, and keep things running smoothly.
- Work closely with Creative Strategists and Directors to ensure every shoot delivers assets that perform.
Budget & Admin
- Track production budgets for talent, locations, and creator fees.
- Manage invoices, contracts, and payment schedules.
- Keep detailed records of talent, creators, and locations for future use.
What You Bring
- 1–3+ years' experience in production coordination, talent booking, location scouting, or creator management (agency, production company, or brand-side).
- Strong network or ability to build one fast — you know how to find and vet talent, creators, and locations efficiently.
- Excellent people skills — you're a natural communicator who builds trust and manages relationships with ease.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — you juggle multiple shoots, deadlines, and moving parts without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable with fast-paced, creative environments — you thrive under pressure and adapt quickly.
- Fluent in English & Swedish (both written and spoken).
- Bonus: Experience working with UGC creators, influencer networks, or performance-driven content.
- Bonus: Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Meta, and what makes ads perform.
