About the Role

We're looking for a Personal Brand Videographer & Content Creator to help build and scale the founder's personal brand across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.

This is not just a videographer role.

You're the person responsible for capturing, shaping, and producing the visual identity of the founder's content.

You’ll work closely with the founder to document business, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes moments — turning them into cinematic, story-driven content that people actually want to watch.

You have a strong eye for aesthetic storytelling, know what performs on social platforms, and understand how to turn everyday moments into high-quality personal brand content.

This role combines filming, editing, and creative direction.

You'll typically spend 1-2 days per month filming, capturing a large batch of content that will then be edited and distributed across platforms.

What You'll Do

Content Planning & Creative Direction

• Work with the founder to plan monthly content days.

• Come up with ideas for YouTube videos, reels, and storytelling moments.

• Create simple shot lists and plan the visual direction.

• Stay inspired by creators and trends to keep the content fresh.

Filming

• Film the founder 1–2 days per month across different environments:

  • Office

  • Meetings

  • Lifestyle

  • Events

  • Travel

• Capture a mix of:

  • Cinematic B-roll

  • Talking-head content

  • Behind-the-scenes moments

  • Lifestyle storytelling

• Direct the founder on:

  • framing

  • energy

  • pacing

  • natural delivery

Your job is to make sure every shoot day produces a lot of usable content.

Editing

• Edit content for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms

• Turn long-form footage into multiple short-form pieces.

• Shape the storytelling, pacing, music, and structure.

• Maintain a consistent visual style for the founder's brand.

What We're Looking For

We're not looking for a traditional videographer.

We're looking for someone who understands modern creator content.

You likely:

• Have 2+ years creating video content

• Have a strong aesthetic eye

• Love cinematic storytelling

• Understand YouTube & social media content

• Are comfortable filming and editing yourself

• Are proactive and full of ideas

• Bring your own gear and can shoot independently

Bonus if you:

• Already create content yourself

• Have experience filming creators or founders

• Understand personal brand storytelling

Practical Details

• Based in Stockholm (or able to travel here)
