About the Role

This is your way into SoScale.

As an intern, you’ll get hands-on experience across either strategy, creative, performance, or project execution — working alongside some of the most ambitious people in the industry.

You won’t just observe. You’ll contribute.

This role is built for people who are early in their journey but hungry to grow fast, take ownership, and figure out what they’re great at.

What You’ll Do

This internship is flexible by design — meaning your role will vary depending on the team you’re part of. You’ll get exposure to real client work and contribute across strategy, creative, performance, and operations. No matter where you start, the goal is the same: learn fast, take ownership early, and grow into doing things independently.

Creative & Content

• Help develop ideas for TikTok, Meta, and other platforms

• Assist in content planning, scripting, and asset coordination

• Work with designers, editors, and creators to bring ideas to life

Performance & Strategy

• Assist in analyzing campaign performance and identifying insights

• Help improve content strategies based on data

• Learn how creative and media work together to drive results

Project & Operations

• Help track tasks, timelines, and deliverables

• Support coordination between teams

• Ensure things move forward smoothly behind the scenes

Production & UGC

• Support planning and coordination of content productions and casting UGC creators

• Assist on shoots (prep, logistics, on-set support)

• Help ensure productions run smoothly from idea to delivery

Video Editing

• Support editing of short-form content for TikTok, Meta, and ads

• Assist with cutting, formatting, and adapting assets for different platforms

• Iterate on content based on feedback and performance insights

• Learn how editing choices impact engagement and results

What We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates (0–1 year experience)

• People curious about marketing, content, or creative work

• People who want to grow fast — not just “try something”

• People who are proactive, structured, and ambitious

• Fluent in Swedish and English (written & spoken).

• Preferably located in Stockholm.
