About the Role

We’re looking for a Freelance Video Editor to help us produce high-performing, scroll-stopping content for social platforms.

This is not traditional editing. This is performance editing — fast, iterative, platform-native, and driven by what actually works.

You’ll work closely with creative strategists, creators, and producers to turn raw footage into ads that convert — often across multiple variations, hooks, and formats.

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Meta, and other social platforms

• Create multiple variations of ads (hooks, pacing, captions, formats)

• Adapt content to be platform-native — fast cuts, subtitles, overlays, trends

• Collaborate with strategists to align edits with performance goals

• Iterate based on feedback and performance data

• Work in a high-paced environment with quick turnarounds

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4+ years of experience in video editing (freelance or in-house)

• Strong understanding of short-form, performance-driven content

• Experience editing for TikTok, Meta ads, or UGC-style content

• Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar

• Ability to edit fast without sacrificing quality

• Good sense of pacing, hooks, storytelling, and attention retention

• Comfortable working with feedback and rapid iteration

• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
