About the Role

As an AI & Prompt Engineer Intern at SoScale, you’ll help us explore, build, and integrate AI into how we work across strategy, content production, operations, and performance marketing.

You’ll work closely with strategists, creatives, editors, project managers, and leadership to identify smarter ways of working using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Cursor, Notion AI, and emerging AI workflows.

This role is perfect for someone deeply curious about AI, automation, workflows, prompting, and the future of creative and operational work.

You don’t need to know everything already — but you do need to be obsessed with learning, experimenting, and figuring things out fast.

This is not a passive internship. You’ll actively help shape how SoScale becomes an AI-first company.

What You’ll Do

• Write, test, and improve prompts for content creation, strategy, research, operations, and automation

• Help teams use AI tools more effectively in their daily workflows

• Build and experiment with AI-assisted systems for ideation, scripting, reporting, documentation, and production

• Help identify repetitive tasks that can be automated or improved using AI

• Research new AI tools, workflows, and opportunities relevant to SoScale

• Document learnings, experiments, and internal AI systems

• Contribute ideas on how SoScale can become faster, smarter, and more AI-native as a company

What We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates (0–1 year experience)

• Someone genuinely obsessed with AI, workflows, automation, and future technology

• Curious, experimental, and highly proactive

• Strong problem-solving mindset — you enjoy figuring things out independently

• Comfortable learning new tools extremely quickly

• Interest in marketing, creativity, systems, operations, or productivity is a plus

• Basic understanding of prompting, automation, or AI workflows is valuable — but hunger to learn matters most

• Fluent in Swedish and English (written & spoken)

• Based in Stockholm
